Temporary staffing

In line with the Worker Dispatch Law, we employ people and dispatch them as temporary staff to companies to work under their supervision. We can send people with the required skills whenever necessary and for as long as necessary to support your operations.

“Temp to Perm” introductory staffing

Under the “Temp to Perm” introductory staffing system, we dispatch people to companies for a certain period, after which the staff can be directly employed by the companies as permanent staff. The temporary dispatch period allows both companies and staff to see whether they are right for each other, and is an efficient way to prevent mismatches in employment. When the dispatch period is over, you can decide whether or not to employ the staff. We ask for payment of introduction fees if and when you decide to employ the people after the dispatch period. We have set the fees in accordance with regulations related to the Employment Security Law.

Job placement

We match up companies with people who are seeking direct employment as full-time employees or as contract employees. Based on a good understanding of the management strategy and policy of your company, a personnel consultant will offer consultation services and will introduce the most suitable people to work for you. Our job placement services is an advantage for companies looking to reduce costs since we charge fees only if our clients decide to employ the staff we have introduced.
