Introducing our staffs

Tomoko Yanagi

I am in charge of sales and coordination. My aim is to understand the needs of businesses and of staff and to find the best match for both. I mainly handle jobs that require language skills but can also respond to many kinds of jobs in a wide range of industries. Our company is keen on providing jobs for talented, motivated people regardless of nationality, and I hope to make myself as useful as possible in this position. Before joining Ability Nikken, I was involved in the operation of a language school. There, I supported students who were looking to use their language skills for studying abroad, or advancing their careers, and helped them to reach their goals. My experience in the human resources business totals three years. I have acquired the GCDF-Japan Career Counseling qualification and am continually making efforts to polish my skills. To get a good job, it is necessary not only to have language skills, but additional skills. If you are looking for a job, please contact me and I hope that through consultations, we will be able to find the ideal career plan together. If you are a manager at a company looking for personnel, I would like to emphasize that we actively dispatch both Japanese and foreign staff, and that people with strong language skills are registered with us.
