Under a tie-up with Digital Chosun Ilbo, Ability Nikken operates a staffing business in South Korea that focuses on dispatching IT specialists to companies. Digital Chosun Ilbo is a subsidiary of South Korea’s leading newspaper The Chosun Ilbo and runs many operations in the educational sector.
In China, Ability Nikken has tie-ups with governmental staffing agencies in the country’s major cities. We intend to further our personnel exchanges abroad.
In Japan, we cater to foreign students in Japan who have graduated from Japanese universities, helping them to build their careers by introducing or dispatching them to companies that operate in Japan. We believe that with globalization, nationality and culture can be transcended, and by expanding job opportunities, people will be able to make the most of their potential.
We strive to meet the needs of global businesses by introducing foreign students to companies, by helping foreigners find new jobs, and by dispatching the most suitable people from the overseas agencies we have tie-ups with.
Regarding work visas, foreign students graduating from university, foreigners working in Japan who are looking to change jobs, and foreigners who come to Japan to be dispatched to companies by Ability Nikken, will have their visas sponsored by the company that employs them. Ability Nikken sponsors work visas for foreigners which we employ.
In the case that you take up a full-time job and you need to renew your work visa when or after Nikken has introduced you to your new job, your employer will be your visa sponsor and will be responsible for preparing the necessary papers. Your employer will take steps in line with the law, and you will be covered by social insurance and be entitled to the same benefits as full-time Japanese workers.
