We know the importance of protecting the information of individuals and we are aware of the responsibility we have as a staffing business in guarding privacy　and ensuring the security of our information systems. We comply with the laws and regulations related to private data and have the following policies concerning privacy to ensure that appropriate measures are taken.

In carrying out our comprehensive staffing services, our staff take proper steps in line with company regulations in the gathering and usage of personal information.
In line with company regulations, our staff take proper steps to prevent the loss, damage, alteration and leakage of personal information through incidents such as illicit access, hacking and viruses.
Company executives and employees (including dispatch staff) are given the necessary education on personal privacy matters. Our personnel are trained so that they can be fully trusted by society and clientele.
We abide by the laws on personal information( including the laws on personal data, computer virus measures, and on illicit computer access) as well as other related regulations.
We have set up a compliance program for protecting personal data (in line with the JIS Q 15001 Requirements for Compliance Program on Personal Information Protection). We will seek to continually refine this program through steps such as regular internal audits and revisions by the company owner.
In the case that we outsource the processing of personal data, proper management will be made in line with company regulations.
